1. Courier selection

This option has been removed to make logistical operations more flexible and to ensure the fastest possible delivery. At the same time, we have integrated new couriers to further improve the service.

2. Collection at the post office (Poste Italiane):

You will receive an email notification as soon as you can collect your order and you will have 7 working days to do so, by presenting an identity document.

Please note that by choosing this delivery option, it will not be possible to select cash on delivery as a payment method.

3. Collection at InPost collection points:

With InPost, you can collect your order at one of over 9,000 collection points throughout Italy. Please note that by choosing this delivery option, it will not be possible to select cash on delivery as a payment method.

Shipping times in Italy

Indicative shipping times vary from 2 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for peninsular Italy and from 5-6 working days for the islands.

In some cases, packages belonging to the same order may be delivered on different days.

For orders for which advance bank transfer has been chosen as the payment method, the aforementioned shipping times are extended by 2 days, as the order is processed only upon receipt of payment.

We advise you to include your phone number in the order notes, which we will provide to the courier solely for the purpose of finalising the delivery.

We also recommend indicating the house number in the address field, immediately after the street/square/avenue name.

Order tracking:

Poste Italiane, DHL, InPost collection points:

1 or 2 working days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from the courier responsible for delivery. The email will include the delivery date and a link through which you can track the shipment.

Through this link, you can also customise the delivery according to your needs.

With Poste Italiane courier, you can also change the date or delivery address.

GLS:

Upon dispatch of the order, you will receive an email containing the link to track the shipment.
